I have been in the kitchen since I was a child, and cooking has been my passion my entire life. After a long detour in business school and as a marketing professional in the healthcare field, I finally have realized my passion as my career.
I am well versed in all types of cuisines but specialize in food that nourishes. I had always been a "healthy" eater, but after being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease in 2016, I began my journey to heal my gut and followed the Autoimmune Protocol Elimination Diet (AIP).
Today I follow a Paleo diet, but I can design any menu for a variety of health regimens such as Whole 30, "Keto", and allergen free diets.
Having studied at I.C.E., I am passionate about Paleo cuisine and about not sacrificing flavor or adventure in my cooking.
